Terms & Conditions

  • Your reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
  • Full payment must be completed by the specified deadline as communicated by our executive.
  • Cancellation charges will be applicable based on the date of cancellation.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Some hotels may apply seasonal surcharges, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • The company is not responsible for any additional expenses due to delays, changes, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or strikes.
  • The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, transportation, or accommodation if required, in the best interest of the client.
  • The company shall not be held liable for any flight delays or cancellations.
  • Transportation services (cabs) will be provided on a point-to-point basis only.
  • Any additional destinations or activities not included in the package will incur extra charges.
  • Accommodation will be provided as per the selected category.
  • Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in.
  • Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be chargeable.
  • Payments should not be made directly to drivers or staff without informing the company.
  • Clients must notify the company of any delayed or cancelled flights or trains within the specified time.
  • The company is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they carry all necessary travel documents.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover emergencies, cancellations, and unforeseen situations.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of applicable laws.
